  • A bang at startup: delayed ignition or ducts flexing

  • Clear sticks and leaves from around the outdoor unit

Gas smell or CO alarm

Emergency

Once everyone is outside and the gas company clears the house, call (469) 389-0525 and we’ll find the cause.

Why it matters

  • Natural gas and carbon monoxide can both kill
  • A spark from a light switch, phone or appliance can ignite leaking gas

Do this now

  • Get everyone, pets included, out of the house now
  • From outside, call 911 or your gas company’s emergency line
  • Don’t go back in until responders say it’s safe

Questions we get every week.

(469) 389-0525
What does a diagnostic visit cost?

$75. Veterans and military families get a discount, so mention it when you call. We price the repair after we’ve looked at the system.

Do you charge more for nights and weekends?

We’re open 24/7. A night or weekend call adds $100 to the visit.

Who will come to my house?

One of our own techs. Every Forefront employee passes a drug test and a background check before they work in anyone’s home.

Should I repair my system or replace it?

Multiply the system’s age by the repair quote. Past 5,000, the money usually does more toward a new system. Under 3,500, repair it. In between, get both prices.
