What does a diagnostic visit cost?

$75. Veterans and military families get a discount, so mention it when you call. We price the repair after we’ve looked at the system.

Do you charge more for nights and weekends?

We’re open 24/7. A night or weekend call adds $100 to the visit.

Who will come to my house?

One of our own techs. Every Forefront employee passes a drug test and a background check before they work in anyone’s home.

Should I repair my system or replace it?

Multiply the system’s age by the repair quote. Past 5,000, the money usually does more toward a new system. Under 3,500, repair it. In between, get both prices.

How often should I change my filter here?

A 1-inch filter every 1 to 2 months from May through September, when the system runs most of the day. Every 3 months the rest of the year. Thick 4- or 5-inch media filters last 6 to 12 months.
