Questions we get every week.
(469) 389-0525What does a diagnostic visit cost?
$75. Veterans and military families get a discount, so mention it when you call. We price the repair after we’ve looked at the system.
Do you charge more for nights and weekends?
We’re open 24/7. A night or weekend call adds $100 to the visit.
Who will come to my house?
One of our own techs. Every Forefront employee passes a drug test and a background check before they work in anyone’s home.
Can you inspect a house I’m buying or selling?
Yes. Call (469) 389-0525 to schedule a whole-system inspection, for a home sale or a second opinion.
Are estimates for a new system free?
Yes. We measure the house, run a load calculation and give you written options at a few price points. No charge, and no pressure to decide that day.
What does the Comfort Plan include?
A spring AC tune-up and a fall heating safety check, priority scheduling in heat waves and cold snaps, and 10% off any repair. It’s $20 a month or $220 a year.
How often should I change my filter here?
A 1-inch filter every 1 to 2 months from May through September, when the system runs most of the day. Every 3 months the rest of the year. Thick 4- or 5-inch media filters last 6 to 12 months.
Tell us what’s going on.
We’ll call you back to set a time. With no heat, no cooling or a leak, calling is faster.
